Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

 

SECTION 1 –

Delivery included is for all of Queensland and New South Wales Only.

All other states please feel free to contact us for a quote on delivery, see contact us page.

 

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.

 

Delivery included means either direct to your door if your delivery address is in a -

main metropolitan area

semi rural area

rural country town

 

Delivery outside of these areas will either be too a -

TNT depot or designated sub-contractor to TNT, nearest to your address (this decision is made by TNT, unless you specify a particular township you would like delivery to)

or

You can have your product delivered to a designated business within the township most suitable for you ( eg- rural stock suppliers, tyre fitters, the local pub) with the approval of the business involved.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING DELIVERY OF

HORSE SHELTERS & SMALL ANIMAL SHELTERS

Due to the weight of the small animals shelters they can only be delivered to the home address if the local courier has the available

 

SECTION 2- Delivery Times

Our shipping provider is TNT Express and we use the Road Express option for our deliveries. After the goods have left us you can check the current status of the shipment online, and track your goods via the tracking number that TNT will provide to you. TNT will also send you a tracking email if you give us a valid email address.

Deliveries are collected by TNT on Tuesdays & Fridays. Depending on what day you order as to which delivery day it will go out on.

Orders received after 10am on Tuesday or Friday will go to the next delivery collection day.

Please allow 7-21 working days for your order to be delivered depending on the location the product is being delivered.

Cages-Coops-Covers can not be held responsible for the lenght of time it takes TNT Express to deliver your product. Once leaving our warehouse it is totally under TNT Express's control.

 

 

SECTION 3- LOCAL PICK-UP

We are a local Gympie based business with a warehouse and can at the discretion of Maryriver Cages management arrange local pick-up when available. Please contact us on 07 5483 9911 or info@maryrivercages.com

 

SECTION 4 - INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED

Please note that if you provide us with the incorrect address and your order is sent back to us we will need to charge you our full TNT Express charge to resend it.

SECTION 5 - STOCK AVAILABILITY

Whilst we maintain adequate stock levels of all items displayed on our website, it is possible that an item may be temporarily out of stock at the time of processing your order.

If we cannot supply an item within 24 hours of your order being processed, a representative from Cages-Coops-Covers will contact you with an estimated time of delivery.

Items that are placed on back order will be sent to you immediately once they become available.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Maryriver Cages will accept returns of any purchase within 21 days after you recieving the product, as long as the product has not been opened and is in it's orginal packaging. Items returned opened or in an unsaleable condition will not receive a credit.

 

Before returning a product, you must contact us either via email info@cages-coops-covers.com.au or phone us on 07 5483 9911.

Photos of damage maybe requested as proof prior to returning.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly than this. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
